Had a wonderful experience at this lucky brand. Mackenzie the store manager was so helpful with everything I needed and recommended some amazing jeans. She definitely deserves a raise in my opinion!

From the minute I walked in, everyone else was greeted except me, tried to ask a few questions girl at the counter in the white top acted as if I was bothering her, at the same time she’s talking to other customers in the store. She was by herself behind the cash wrap when I asked questions and she acted like she didn’t want to help me. Had planned on buying a few pairs of jeans, few tops and a sweater but I couldn’t get help. Another girl in yellow came out from the back room, same thing, talked to the other girl and other customers but left me to be. Felt very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. Will not be back. This is not representative of this brand.

I always love shopping here. I like the minimalist approach to inventory and what you see is what you get. You almost do not need sales associates as, in this experience they did not engage until I needed to pay

Lucky Brand is a great place to shop for clothes. The quality of garments is very good and my wallet can stand testament to that statement! The lady on duty that day was knowledgeable and sized my wife up quickly. She helped find correct sizes and styles that complimented her. If you are looking for casual dress clothes, this is the place. Went in to buy a pair of jeans and left with 2 huge bags of clothes!

I went into this store on 12/26/21. From the time I entered I could tell that the employees weren't comfortable with me shopping there. Sadly, everyone was asked if they needed help besides me. When I was ready to check out not once did the cashier acknowledge me. Instead she walked away allowing her co-worker to ring me up. I did end up having to exchange my shirts to a different size and the supervisor or whoever Tiffany M is was no different. The only thing I was questioned was if I had a receipt. I almost just completely asked for a refund but I really loved the the shirts I had purchased. The way they treat certain customers is not okay nor is it acceptable.

Got dragged here because I needed new clothes that fit after losing a lot of weight and I hate clothes shopping. I wish I had gotten her name, but the younger woman at the register made it the best experience shopping for clothes I have ever had. She took the time to help me pick out good fitting pants, then took time to pick out the rest of a new outfit with a jacket(I needed/need a lot of help with clothes shopping).If she sees this she'll know who she is because I'm the weird guy that came in an hour later after walking around the outlets and said "thank you" again, because of how helpful and patient and she actually seemed to care if I looked nice walking out of the store.
