My husband and I came in today for the first time this afternoon and the lady working out in the garden area was super friendly and super helpful ! The plants we bought were beautiful and reasonably priced - I highly recommend this amazing establishment as the prices are reasonably priced and the employee out in lawn and garden was super sweet !

It seems like Lowe's is losing their luster. Very seldom do you get a "Hi, can I help you find an item?". Tracking down an employee to help is a chore at times. Now, Andi in the paint dept is a total gem. I had the pleasure of getting her assistance twice this past weekend. She greeted me with a smile and said, "Hi, what can I help you with?" One item I needed wasn't on the shelf and was stored up high beyond reach. She didn't flinch when I asked for help. Really liked her customer service and "can do" attitude.

I have been trying to resolve issues with Lowes Installation services for months. In October of 2022, I purchased a front door (arrived damaged and still not successfully installed as of this writing) and approximately 500' of 6' tall fencing. As I'm sure you can imagine, this was a significant purchase. I have made over 50 phone calls and sent/received over 280 emails trying to resolve the ongoing issues. I can't even begin to count the hours I have spent on this. I have been passed from the sales rep, Installation Support, to Executive Customer Service to now the Claims Department. After hours and hours of time and numerous phone calls to the Installation Team, I contacted the sales rep and store manager numerous times as required by the contract, with absolutely no response. Executive Support then got involved and they gave me excuses for over 3 months, but assured me the Executive Team was reviewing my issues. I sent a request for arbitration in March, and the Claims Department didn't even contact me until late May. Then the Claims Department keeps stating me they don't have any details of my request and what the issues are! The arbitration request still hasn't been filed! recently asked for the Claims Supervisor to call me, and he still hasn't called me (5 days later). Commitments/ Assurances were made that were not done. Things that were specifically stated in the contract that weren't done --- therefore costing me several thousand extra dollars. Damages incurred were also several thousands of dollars. I still have two pallets of fencing that need to be picked up and credited because of significant excess material in my backyard, again valued at thousands of dollars. The delay in products being received is one thing, but the installers (subcontracted ) took months to even schedule an installation date, months after the materials arrived. Then, dealing with a damaged door after it sitting in the Lowes warehouse for months, took another 4 months to receive. Now the replacement is sitting in the Lowes warehouse (again) waiting to be installed. Lowes put the blame on the subs and the subs put the blame on Lowes. Every time you called the Installation Team, I received a different answer. The installer for my door was changed after the installer came out to review the project. I was informed the installer suddenly no longer worked for Lowes. I went through Lowes, because they are a major company, and I felt they would be reliable, the sales rep was awesome (until I signed the contract) and I could finance the project. I began paying for the products as soon as the contracts were signed, over six months ago, and the issues are still ongoing. ** Warning ** DO NOT USE LOWES FOR ANY INSTALLATION SERVICES. .

I would not purchase any appliances from the store. I have had a whirlpool dishwasher for 99 days and is coming out for the second time service. I want the store to take it back and refund my money and let me pick out a different model. I have gotten nothing but them run around between the store, the installers and whirlpool. Have requested twice that the store manager called me and he has not done so.

Home improvement store that usually has what I need. A few times I worked on plumbing in my house and almost always found what was needed to get it done. Good nursery supply also sells what I need. Tools are well stocked and most departments are also. Service is always good and prices are reasonable. 2 years ago we purchased a utv which has been a good deal.

Back again. This time we were looking at 1 quart poinsettias, but no prices were on them and we could find no one to help us. We looked at kitchen counter tops. We saw them online, but could not find them in the store to look at the colors. We need a new coach light, so we looked at those and found one we liked. When we order the counter tops online, we'll add the coach light to the order. We took pictures so we won't forget!

Unfortunately lowes now doesn’t deliver their own products from their store. They now have the deliveries coming by a private subcontractor, they are scary guys that never even check to make sure they have the right house. If you try to call to ask a person about the delivery, they put you on hold and won’t pick up the phone. Whoever is answering the main phone line at this lowes was a women the day I called and she was the rudest most useless worker I have ever dealt with. Don’t give this location your business if you are smart, they have had terrible management for years and it has only gotten worse over time.

Outrageously unprofessional customer service! My mother in law ordered everything to replace all the appliances in the condo that she was putting on the market. The condo is empty, as we explained when we spent $3000. It's in Sevierville. We live in Cosby. First they were going to deliver on Tuesday but Friday night I received a call saying the delivery was going to be Saturday, the next day, between 10:30 and 2 PM. As I mentioned, I live in Cosby, about 45 min. away. I left my house at 9 am to be there early. At 9:17 I received a call from Lowes but they didn't leave a message (as I was driving in a dead zone, I didn't get the call). Once I realized they called, I immediately called them and spoke to someone in Appliances. They verified that I was number 6 on the delivery. So at 10 AM, I arrived at the empty condo and proceeded to wait in my car (as there is no furniture in the condo). 10 AM turned into 11 AM which turned in to Noon. It was hot. I waited. Patiently. Finally at 12:30 I called again and was told that I was next on the list, that they had delivered to the 5th person and they were on their way. At 1:30, Lowes called me to inform me that they tried to deliver at 9 AM and that no one was there...in the empty condo, so they went back to Lowes. When I explained that I was told a 10:30-2 PM window and had to drive all the way from Cosby, almost an hour away, I was told sorry, there was nothing they could do, the delivery person had gone home for they day. At this point, I was pretty unhappy since A. I had been early for the appointment. B. No one bothered to leave me a message or try to call back to explain that they had tried to deliver a full hour and a half early. C. They could have cared less that I wasted an entire Saturday waiting for a truck that was not going to arrive. D. My elderly mother in law has health issues and we are trying to get the place fixed up fast so we can get it on the market and we have workers coming tomorrow. E. I was told they couldn't deliver until next Friday! So, I drove to Lowes to talk to appliances in person and was told that actually they could deliver the next day...not next Friday. However, they couldn't tell me if they were going to deliver it at 6 AM or 5 PM. Literally. The work with a third party and have no idea when the delivery truck will get there or when it will be scheduled for delivery and of course, there is no guarantee that they will even be there when they finally do call and let the customer know. They might be an hour and a half early and leave before you get there. Or they might take their time. No one knows. It's one of the mysteries of the universe apparently. So. Now we just have to park ourselves outside an empty condo, an hour away from where we live, and hope that somehow we can meet up with the delivery people who are delivering our $3000 worth of goods that we purchased. I mean, it's not like this is modern times when we have access to information that comes our way faster than the speed of light. We apparently live in an alternate universe when a major corporation just doesn't know things like a delivery schedule, or how to call a person and leave a message, or how to go about ensuring that the $3000 worth of products make it into the home of the person who purchased said products. It's as mysterious as the universe is vast.

You're local neighborhood Lowe's, what can I say? It's a home improvement department store and there's Home Depot right across from it. It's always clean, easy to find and the associates are always helpful and friendly. We've purchased bunch of things in bulk for the business and always gotten some sort of a discount or a good deal, however, we've had an issue before. Last year, we started renovating our business and we ordered and paid everything including the floor titles and wood. When our constructors were ready to install, we waited weeks for our order to come in or someone to notify us..nobody ever did. My husband and I personally went back to the store to get some answers. Once we got a chance to speak with customer service associate, they told us the tiles and wood were out of stock and they would be happy to refund us. That's good, but our issue was, WHY DIDN'T ANYONE REACHED OUT SOONER AND TOLD US IT WAS OUT OF STOCK?! If that was the deal, we've would've gotten our money back sooner and went somewhere else and saved that much time! You know?! We looked and drove from store to store to find similar flooring, but it was too expensive or just didn't have enough to cover the ground. Eventually, we found a place in Knoxville, and even though it was WAY expensive, we were hopeful we found it! If Lowe's would've notified us sooner, we would've saved $$$. Very upset with this experience.

What make it worse is that they email you several time asking for your feedback and i've answered accordingly and justifiably in a very negative way, there is no reply whatsoever. As if it doesn't matter to them how horrific a customer who dropped 50k in a 4 month period was treated in this store. So now I'm DONE with Lowe's. Its all about Home Depot now for this guy.

So let me start out by saying this is the worst Lowes that I have ever been. I understand that help is hard to come by. But when u do have help. We'll help us out. My husband served in the military. Here's the problem I don't understand why you can't get a military discount when you show proper ID Home Depot takes it. No problem when ur at Lowes you have to down load the app, blah blah blah. If u don't have the app sorry no discount. Which we have the app but every time he has to download the new iOS some how he looses the Lowes app. U should be more accommodating to the people who shop at ur store. It's obvious that you really don't care by the looks of ur store. No one is shopping at ur store because the lack of customer service. U guys suck and I am taking all of my business to Home Depot. Costumer friendly and if u forget ur military discount on ur phone the except ur ID give it a try u might get more costumers

went in store Tuesday 1/18 and purchased a slightly damaged appliance paid for it and scheduled pick up for Friday 1/21 after 2. I was told on Tuesday that delivery for mark down items was not available. I hired a moving crew for the day with an hourly rate I went to the dallas highway store to retrieve the appliance and was told to wait until after the department head Phillip helped another customer after 40 minutes I was assisted. And he could not find my transaction good thing I had the receipt once receipt was in hand he stated he would be right back after 30 minutes I went to the front to ask for a manager the manager was called I returned to appliances 38 minutes went by I returned to the front asked again for a manager he was paged over head and I returned to appliances the after 24 minutes an employee walked by and I asked again for management or corporates number she informed me that she did not know the manager I spoke of but would go into the office and see if someone was there she came out and informed me the manager I was looking for " just went to lunch and would not be back for a hour " shortly after phill returned and told me I need to stop asking for a manager and it corporate and wait that he is trying to remedy my issue the fridge had been sold and was gone. He and a manager ako walked off and went to find another fridge he came to me and offered a fridge that looked like it had been hit by a car I asked him why he would think I would take that being that the condition of the fridge I purchased was minor he said well that's all we have I asked if we could see what was in stock new and discount that I also made him aware that I was not hoping to get the same 50% as the damaged one but something reasonable I was shot down and informed that this was not an option and told this is all we have or a refund. Very disappointed at the customer service I asked for the store number and both their is numbers cause I would be filing a report and was told " I am not giving you anything use my name " in a aggressive manner being that I am a women and these were two men I left the store with no resolve to ensure my safety

I cannot explain the level of customer service and follow through from this location. I had ordered from Lowe's.com and my delivery showed up completely damaged. I flip homes, So everything is time sensitive. I called this location and GEORGE, the manager, walked me through the process of returning and re issuing me new products. He even called me, excited, when they came in early! Talk about customer service! Thank you so much for making this seamless. I will NO doubt continue to shop this location because of him.
