Stop by on a whim and ended up buying a bucket of gems. After I was finished I went inside and the owner told me what all I had. She was very nice and I enjoyed chatting with her. Next time I am up this way i plan on stopping by and trying my hand at another bucket. :)

We stopped in for a road trip pit stop and had an extremely interesting conversation with the owner. There is a huge collection of rocks to peruse. The prices are reasonable. We learned a bunch. Thank you!

Blink and you’ll miss it! This is a cool little spot and doesn’t feel so commercial like other gem mining in the area. The kids had a fun time going through their buckets, and the owner even gave them from free extras on the way out.
