This was the second year I have gone to Liberty to file taxes, they are very helpful and nice. This year a younger girl named Lorretta did our taxes, she was very friendly and patient. They also offer complimentary drinks, popcorn, and fresh baked cookies. In front they even have an area for kids to play.

Terrible service I would not recommend for anyone to file taxes here. I filed my taxes here paid with cash waited 21 days to here that I will not be receiving my taxes. I should've been informed about it by phone call or email that's why I paid for perfessional help after all right. Also I was been told that I can not be reimbursed. I will be calling there corporate office to file a complaint.

Great service didn't have to wait long and gave me 50 bucks right when I filed had to call back on Tuesday had a question and the lady I talked to was very rude it was like we got ur money for doing ur taxes now I don't have time to help u needs a lesson on customer service
