One guy was helpful and very much appreciated. Never was a fan of holes, skinny jeans. It didn't last very long in the 80s and it's not a great fashion. However, he did point me in the right direction. But buy one and second half off is not a sale. I get the same jeans for 29, not 70 each. Not a sale.

Nice selection of Levi apparel. Prices were what we expected. Two ladies in the store were working, stocking, and doing customer service. I'd check to see how busy they are before going .

Hopefully I can save you a drive. I don't know why they have "outlet" in their name. This seems disingenuous. You can regularly find cheaper prices at places like Kohl's and JC Penney during their sales. On today's visit, a single pair of men's jeans would have been $20 more expensive at the "outlet" than any other clothing store you could visit in any town. Additionally, there are at least two other actual outlets on the same major road that sell Levi's for a legit discount. Seriously, it's just a Levi's store with full prices. Nothing "outlet" about it.On the plus side, if you really like Levi's clothes (in addition to their jeans), I'm sure this store has more options than most other stores. So if a full-cost Levi's store is what you're looking for, this is definitely it.

Very good experience, workers at stores are very pleasant the only thing is that parking can be a pain in the butt because it’s an outlet mall. we visit sevierville regularly and are used to the traffic here. not too much of a worry and nothing that anyone can really control unless they were to add an additional parking lot. will continue returning!?

Honestly they need to train employeesI don't know how they do business, I was looking more products for my wife and employees ask me twice are you ready for check out I don't think they want any business, poor employees training, shame on them
