Good pharmacy, very friendly pharmacist. Never really had an issue here over 5+ years as a customer. Compared to Walgreens Forks of the River, they get 1 million stars.

These people are hard to work with and do nothing but hold me up every time. The only reason I switched from Walgreens to hear was cost of medicine. They claim because when I was hospitalized for my lower back as I have degenerative disc disease and herniated a disk that because my mother filled my scripts they gave me at Walgreens and not here there is now a issue. Dudes a A**hole and so am I. Most likely will be asked to leave store if they buck any longer

Ive been using kroger pharmacy since 2005. I wouldn't use any other. They are always kind and have meds ready asap.

Been shopping here for the past few years and have been getting what I need almost every time. Deli counter has good cold cuts. Meat dept has some really nice stuff and produce is pretty well stocked. Service is always good and prices are reasonable.

I'm very pleased by the speed of filling mine and my husband's prescriptions by Kroger Pharmacy. I previously had oral surgery and by the time I left the oral surgeon's office, my prescription was ready for me! Today after my doctor's visit I went to Kroger to wait for my four medications. It was only a half hour wait time once he submitted the prescriptions! The staff is friendly and helpful, too. I recommend Kroger Pharmacy to everyone.

Be careful at the gas station. I know for a fact I had 80 cents off my gas. The older lady at the registered said I only had 10 cents off. I told her again I have 80 cents off and she said no. I told her to give me my money back and I used my card at the pump. Sure enough I had 80 cents off. While I was pumping 2 other people went to the window. One woman said she knows for a fact she has a dollar off and the cashier said the exact same thing, no you only have 10 cents. The women said it to her again and the cashier said nope only 10 cents. The lady gave in and pumped at 10 cents off only. Another lady went up and said she had 50 cents off and the cashier said no only 10 cents. The lady did the same thing I did and went to the pump and it showed 50 cents.

They seem to put things on auto fill even when I've told them numerous times not to they also seem to blame anyone but themselves for any mix up in communication!

Kroger Pharmacy in Sevierville is fantastic very attentive employees the pharmacist are very very sweet great prices couldn't be happier would not go anywhere else
