Nasty very dirty blood in the bathroom needles in the bathroom . Flies and nats buzzing around food and people trying to eat .. absolutely a disgusting place of business . Do better kenjos . Older women cooking does nothing but complain . So rude and unprofessional it's a very unpleasant place in general the customer service is beyond bad ... I wish could give them zero stars I will not be going back to this place ..

Horrible customer service.Had me run my card several times for gas, after trying to use the outside pay at pump on a pump that apparently isn’t hooked up. After going back in a second time I tell them the pump isn’t working. Responds with “yeah I know”. Then why did you take gas money for that pump??? Okay, can you switch me to another pump? Needs my card again… needless to say $100 charge from KENJO is on my card the next day. Go in the address the situation with the owner, of course puts blame on my bank saying my bank put a $100 hold on my card? Uhm, no. It clearly says kenjo. Still being all defensive saying she can’t help they didn’t do anything.Not how you run a business or handle a situation like that.I’d give zero stars if I could.

The cashier at the station was extremely rude. She was an older woman. You have to be careful when you cash in your winnings. The cashier did not give me back all of my money today. I hope the owner could review the surveillance cameras to see if she took out the money and pocket it.

Went in to get some energy drinks and the guy behind the counter with the piercings was very nice and polite and when I went to pay I pulled out $100 bill and he seemed glad to get me chang some rude lady comes put of nowhere and says I can't accept that we just dropped 3 Bill's so of course I said that's all I have she continues to be rude and just shrugs shoulder and says sorry and told me not to come back I used to come in every day and spend at least $20 but I will take her kind advice and never return

Want be going back to this Gas station anymore 2.50 a piece for a bacan biscuits and they broke up one piece of bacon said they put two but all 4 biscuits had one piece . You can hang up on us if you want to but we want be back.

Wouldn't sell me things because they were about to close. Worst gas station service, your either opened or closed, decide don't say you can't buy things because your about to close.

Complete disaster... the older lady cook complained the whole time she cooked my food. Slammed utensils down on the counter. Yelling she was fixing to “walk out.” People were calling in orders an she wouldn’t take them.

Slow at register not friendly service bought grandaddy sub that is advertised all the time and found it was 3.99 for a reason 3 pcs of meat for the while sandwich all bread and cheeses meat that was on it had black spots on the pcs
