Very expensive for a thrift store, expect retail prices. Staff doesn't go out they way to help or to even ring you up. Not impressed anymore.

Honestly disappointed in this store , it was very expensive. Pricing shoes for over 80$. $15 for very worn shoes. Blankets were outrageously priced, $10+ dollars. We wanted to get this cute piggy bank but for $8 I could get it brand newHats for colder weather couldn’t have been more expensive.. $9 for a cheap hat ? Again could get it cheaper elsewhere. They even had the audacity to price a mixer for $85Would not recommend to anybody trying to find decently priced thrifted item. Very disappointed. Staff was kinda friendly but kept rushing us out because they randomly wanted to change the closing time from 9PM to 7PM. You should update google as this is a visitor town obviously I don’t know it randomly changed.

Hands down one of my most favorite shopping places in the world! Its like one huge yard sale that alternates inventory daily! Their stock consist of all donated items...You Never know what you will find! Always an adventure and never do I walk out without less then 2 bag's and always a smile knowing I got some really cool stuff for prices that are very affordable and always a happy heart knowing what I did spend will be helping feed the hungry in our local areas! Love my KARM stores!!!

Do not even bother with this location the ladies that work here are the rudest women I have ever came across. No southern hospitality at all and their prices are outrageous. They try to sell everything more expensive than you would find things brand new.Go to the locations in Knoxville or in Lenoir City, the ladies are friendly they are so helpful and the prices are reasonable for a resale store.

The price points for used items in this store need an overhaul. The whole idea of a business is to SELL items, not hang onto them for as long as possible.

Of the numerous thrift stores we visit in Tennessee, KARM stores are by far the most expensive-- bar none! They are well organized and clean, but the prices are too high. I try and avoid them at all cost, but my wife likes them more than I do. Next time I visit I will share specific examples as the American public deserve to know the high prices they charge. KARM stores forget they receive these items for FREE, then do why charge so much? Lower the prices and provide a better value!

Amvets sells comforters for under $5. Karm for $30. That's just insane. So expensive.

Thrift stores like this give the industry a bad name. Racks are stuffed full that you can't even look because the prices are high- sometimes higher than new retail prices at department stores. Karm stores is pure greed based.

One of the better thrift stores in the area but prices were high. Anything you find that is a better name brand you'll at least spend $10 on if not more. We'll organized and clean. I did put lots of things back based on price.

Great selection, and great mission to feed the homeless! And Irene was wonderful at checkout!

Another thrift store that thinks they are eBay.Absolutely crazy prices, some prices taken straight from eBay. Good cause or not, you are a thrift store that gets everything for free in the end. Not sure who it's helping when everything is so overpriced, as those people probably can't afford it anyway. And yes I know their mission, but if thays the case they shouldn't function as a thrift store but a boutique instead. Or an online eBay store.NOT a thrift store.Avoid.EDIT: After reading the reply below, my statement 100 percent still stands. I know their mission exactly as they stated, even before they replied with their usual blanket statement to cover bad reviews with sympathy. Religious or not, my review is still going to be objective relating to the business. That doesn't get a free pass. But that does not change the fact of the matter. They should just call it a boutique and not mislead people into thinking they are "thrifting." Sell their overpriced items to buyers online who are more likely to actually purchase them for the "fair" price they are stating. Then have more room to get cheaper items to fill the stores with for customers to shop, so it doesn't look like an ebay sellers warehouse. There is nothing cheap or thrifty about this place. Even goodwills have better prices most of the time.Absolutely avoid.

Great place to fund unique items, first place we go to on our way to Pigeon Forge. This store is unique in that it has great customer service. I have had the pleasure to have Manager Denise and the lovely and clever Ms. Irene wait on us with patience and kindness. Denise really loving our glider rocker. Come visit this large thrift store on your way to the Smokies!
