After having had breast cancer I didn’t have any idea what size bra I needed. The lady at Jockey measured me and helped me determine what size bra I now needed to wear and I am so thankful that I asked for help.

I went to get some underwear here and the 2 employees were standing outside the door. 1 employee was leaning against door playing on her phone and had to walk around her to get in the store. The other was smoking right outside the door and playing on her phone. Not a single word was spoken when entering the store. We were browsing and couldn’t find what I was looking for. We finally asked the associate that followed us in the store for help after waiting for her to offer help.. as we are new to the brand. My girl asked her about boxer briefs with the access pouch in the front. We were told that they don’t have those in the store and can only be bought online. So we bought some others for the time being. My girl gave her number for the reward points but had to ask her to enter it. After we left, we checked the receipt and realized she never entered the number for the points. So my girl goes in again today to look around and asked the same girl what the difference is between a couple different pair. She was told that the ones in the box have the access pouch. She asked the lady why she was told before that there weren’t any. No answer at all. Being new to the brand, I do like the boxers a lot however the customer service and knowledge could use some work. I will probably just order my stuff online instead of shopping in that store again. Thanks.
