Low inventory. Small store. Hardly any flowers or decorations. May be handy for an item you have to have but not for fun shopping for decorations etc.

Don't bother making a special trip to JoAnns to get something special. If you pay cash, they don't have change. I left what I xame for and went to Hobby Lobby that has change for a cash purchase. Will not linger shop there.

Store gave me the wrong yarn and I had someone else to pick up. I’m disabled and cannot drive. They want me to return for a refund even though they messed up the order. Do not ever order from this store. They aren’t willing to help and we’re fusing when when they picked up the phone. Bad store. Go to Knoxville.

This store was like walking into a chemical cloud. Please stop making it smell inside the store! Some people are extremely sensitive to these carcinogens! I feel sorry for the girls who work there. I cannot imagine the long term health repercussions of smelling these toxins every day? I will not be able to shop here anymore because my daughter became so sick here.

Will lie about products being in stock and prices, dirty store, manager looked exhausted. Came in prepared to spend over $500 on circut products and everything is marked up or out of stock. Very disappointed.

UPDATED REVIEW11/3/2023:I was in there today, found a whole bunch of the Christmas fabrics that I found online on their website! Plus, they carried the singer fabric quarters that I'd been looking for too, so I was quite happy! The deals were so good, and I spent a good amount on everything, but it was definitely worth it!

This has been my go to store since I’ve move to Sevier county. Until recently I’ve enjoyed shopping this location. When in search of fabric and accessories this last week I was very disappointed in the supply of garnishments for the material. Also when I went to get the fabric measured and cut the associate was rude. In the past all the associates were friendly and polite. No one had a smile for the customers. Even at the checkout counter the associate talked roughly to the people in front of me as if it were an interruption of her time to wait on them.
