When you go in to get your haircut the people there are very friendly. I used to go here all the time when I was younger. As soon as I went to a different saloon they told me they could still see the hair cutting steps unfinished in my hair. I also tried calling here to get an appointment by accident and when I asked for an appointment they immediately hung up on me. I'm glad I found a new saloon

I'm very particular who does my hair because I've had some mess it up, so I was a lil nervous trying here for the first time (I'm semi new to the area) but Clarissa did an amazing job, I felt like she really listened to what I wanted and nailed it. I plan on calling her up again next time I need a haircut, thanks girl

I have to say it's old an old school salon in terms of design but I found a stylist here that is amazing. Clorisa does my roots, highlights and cut as good if not better than my California stylist for a very fair and reasonable price. In addition, she is so lovely to talk to and accommodates me whenever needed! I also like it's in a strip mall with parking and out of the business of the downtown areas of Sevierville.

This salon is wonderful!!! They took one look at my "very long due for a cut" hairstyle and instantly knew how to cut it correctly! The prices are very competitive and the folks are very nice. They instantly treated me like a regular even though I wasn't. The atmosphere is fantastic and I felt like family. I'd recommend this place hands down above the rest!!!??

Felicia has been cutting my hair for over 18 years and I would not go anywhere else. The others in the shop are always friendly and have a steady following also. No matter who you choose here will get great service by great people.
