It was nice for a goodwill. The prices were higher than most but it was very large and had a good selection of fairly nice items.

Large selection of items, friendly staff, and fair prices. Plenty of men and women's clothes, but our trip was primarily for books as we are avid readers. Unfortunately not much of a selection. Plenty of parking and located next to Hammers.

Probably the largest Goodwill I’ve ever been in. It looks a lot smaller from the outside. Tons of clothing racks.

I have gone in here several times, customer service is mediocre and clothing options aren't great. However I have continued to come back but this location has caused me
To never want to come back. I came in with my son today and when you walk in there is a massive amount of toys along with a table to play with the toys on. He asked if he could play and I said sure as the isles I was going down was in sight/near by. A lady that worked there said- is that your kid? Why yes ma'am it is. You need to be next to him while you're in the store. He was harmlessly playing with the toys not bothering anyone. Don't have toys at the front of your store if you don't want kids to want to play with them. We bought the toy he was playing with and the stuff I had in my cart and will never be back. I should have asked them if the chair I may have been interested in buying that the guy was sitting in the whole time I was there- if he could not.

By far the nicest Goodwill I have ever been in ... So well organized and clean. Amazing. It should be a model store.

I just wanted to take a moment and compliment and praise the staff at Goodwill in Sevierville TN. Sarah is so kind and you can tell her love for helping people is genuine . And it shows in all of her staff . They are always so eager to help . I hesitate to leave names as I don’t remember everyone’s name, but the ones of recent were Morgan , James and Jay.

No one told me my 12 lb dog was not allowed in the store until an older lady came in to work and started making snide remarks out loud. If she had come directly to me instead of loudly saying she was walking off before she said something she shouldn't. There was no sign posted on the door now allowing dogs. Thank you to the mature respectful lady that came out of the back and told me. I appreciate her letting me know in a professional manner unlike the other ,old,rude one.

Love this goodwill! Great finds at thrifters prices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This will definitely be a stop on our return trips to Gatlinburg/PF!
