Customer service was great. We talked to someone for a long time about buying my first pair of boots. Unfortunately, they didn't have any I liked in my size, but she helped me try on different styles and sizes to help dial in what I am looking for.

Shop elsewhere. No returns on 'rack shoes' , but they claim to exchange them within 30 days for a different pair, and asked "so if I don't like em I can bring em back and exchange for another pair?" "Yep , just bring it back in 30 days and we'll help you out." Sounds promising, wore the boots for about 4 hours total, brought them back to exchange and find a pair I like and they told me no because they were worn and had mud on them (very small amount of dirt) still had their chalk pen price wrote on them. Disappointed in customer service to begin with , now disappointed in the company for not making it clear I couldn't put them on at all. Wasted money and should've known better.

Was in the store. Was greeted nice when I came in. Employees at register. Started looking at shoes Employee asked if I needed help told her just looking right now. Employee stood within 3 feet of me. I was there 10 minutes Was asked 3 times if I needed help very rude worse than a car dealership.

These guys have a good ole selection of boots, shoes, and western stuff. I remember buying a cool straw hat from here a while back, and they had some cool vests, too!Also, they were happy to spruce up my oilskin hat, even though they had no Duck Back, but it’s ok.Oui Oui to French’s! ?

Terrible experience will never be back. Manager was yelling at employees and being extremely rude. When on the employees ask her lower her voice because there were customers her exact words “ I don’t care whose in here”…..We put our things back on the shelf and left.
