Have been buying their furniture and services since 2010 and have had nothing but excellent experiences.
Recently I had an issue with a broken sleeper sofa mechanism they had replaced 2 years ago with incorrect screws and, instead of charging me for another replacement, they corrected the problem at no charge. I really appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service.
I will continue ordering all of my furniture from Foothills. .

I haven't bought from them yet but a wonderful lady helped us look for a mattress last Saturday and I've been on the look to find a better mattress since and so far I've come up empty handed. Only because the drive to pick it up is far, and delivery is too much. Unless a miracle happens this afternoon, my husband will be picking up a dutchcraft today. The curly head beautiful blond was our sales woman, and she was wonderful to deal with.

Buyer beware! I went to buy a new bed for my daughter. They sold me a dirty,used bed wrapped in plastic. Refused to give any cash refund. Offered a 100$ store credit. I paid in cash and I expect a refund in cash. Horrible customer service . I was not informed that the product was used.They brought another one and it was dirty too.

I went to buy my daughter a new bed. Paid cash. When I got it home and took the plastic off it was dirty! It looked like black mold. They brought another one but it too was filthy. They refused to give any cash back. Terrible customer service! I was told it was a new bed. That was a lie. I would advise you to never buy anything from them.

Just had our new sectional delivered. Salespeople were great, delivery guys were friendly and professional. The furniture looks great. A bit expensive, but it is the right fit for our home.

Sold my mother a couch and a chair and recliner for 5k said it was real leather and it wasn’t pilled after having just a year and a half after my dad past. She wouldn’t tell me for the longest time probably bc I was so hot headed. Was synthetic not real.

Great customer service! We live out of state and purchased a cabin in Gatlinburg, so we called over the phone to see what outdoor polywood furniture they had in stock. Clay was super helpful and sent us pictures of what he had. We were able to text questions and call to purchase our outdoor picnic table. They were able to deliver it as well. Overall, highly recommend due to fast and friendly service that was able to answer all our questions! And we love our new picnic table on the deck :)

Great smaller furniture store with exceptional service! Tracy answered all our questions and gave us great ideas! We purchased a recline sofa and loveseat and she ordered us the matching ottoman. A man and his son delivered to our 7th floor condo two days later and hauled away our old sofa and love seat. We will deal with Foothills from now on. Forget about the huge red building sitting on top of the hill. Their rudeness prompted us to leave and find Foothills Furniture! Great luck we had!
