Absolutely love this store but today I became frustrated because of customer service rep Gina.
I come to this store literally everyday for almost 3 years and see the same great people who give great customer service for the most part. I had forgot my wallet at home which I live exactly just over a minute away and told Gina who I’ve seen everyday that she works just about for the past 3 years that I would be right back, that it won’t take more than 2 minutes, so please make sure my groceries would be here when I get back and she assured me that would be fine. I was actually gone for exactly 2 minutes and when I got back it was already out to be restocked because she placed it into the restock buggy.
So what upsets me is that I’ve been going here for so long and see the same people everyday, but Gina couldn’t wait 5 minutes just to make sure if I was coming back or not. Not only that, but I had my son with me who is autistic with difficulty walking around and had to go get all the groceries again. On top of that I couldn’t even get a simple apology which is the most disturbing because I understand mistakes happen but all she said was oh they already took it.
Not the first time I’ve had terrible customer service from Gina but for the most part besides Gina customer service is outstanding.

Starbucks visit this morning. Always well staffed and quick service

Another good trip usually stop twice per week. Excellent specials.
