I have been using the Food City Pharmacy on Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville for several years now. A couple of weeks ago, I had a problem with a prescription. Even though my insurance had paid 100% previously, they declined to pay for it this time. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to resolve this issue. First , I would like to thank the staff, and I would highly recommend this pharmacy for everyone.

I really happen to favor this location. The girls behind the counter are wonderful. I have a special bond with Tara. She's an awesome lady and I like her style. She is always greeting me with a smile, knows what she's doing and it's always quick and easy

Standing in line to check out, only 2 lines open with 4 carts at each one, and the lady turns the light out and tells the rest of us we have to go to the only isle left open.

You know I love the company because they do great community service, but the bathrooms are always terrible, and the price of their dog treats i used to drive-in for went from $1.00 to $1.25. As a person who buys 20 treats at a time that cost me a lot of Money.

Really a good store. They have better produce and meat especially, than any Walmart and more health foods. I could imagine the bad rating 2 years ago . That was probably a rare occurrence but believable since i know they don't pay their employees well at all. Still a good place to shop. Never had any problems since I moved here (from Knoxville) in 2004.

I went from rating this food city from 4 to 1 stars. I shop here 1 to 2 times a month spending usually over 300$ each time. Today I spent 157$ and debt card to receive 50 cash back. After waiting for the cashier to unload my buggy at a snails pace, I had to pack up my own groceries. Then she did not give me my cash back. I had to go back to the store wait 10 min for them to figure it out and I get no apologies.... nothing...... they are opening a new food city closer to our house. I hope the customer service is better than this one.
