I entered the store and bought some items, and after that I asked about the toilet. The lady who works there answered me that it is locked and they do not have the key to open it. I don't believe her and yet it is not possible to have a store without a toilet for customers

Don't let them fool you! Pay attention to the prices as they ring you up. The pools were listed as half off with TWO big sale signs. So I let my 7 year old pick one out. We got to the register and the cashier was nasty and hateful. She told me they weren't half off, and acted like it was a huge inconvenience when I pointed to the sign. She went over to them and said it was in the circular (not found in the store) that it was for a later date. Had I not paid attention, I would have paid full price instead of what it was advertised for. Then when I told her I was leaving a review, she got an attitude. Her customer service skills suck, and so does advertising half price on items that are not yet half priced.

Had to make a quick stop, grabbed a notebook and a soda pop. The store was clean and free of clutter, no I did not stutter. I know, a dollar store with no loading carts in the isle, I gained a great big smile. As I was only walking in for a few things, my eyes starting wandering. Yes, that's right, I gained alittle more insight. I began to walk and saw the lawn ornaments, Yes I bought them too, it only made sense. Checkout was quick and easy, the gentleman, eager to appease me. I thanked him and we wished eachother a good night and out the door I went into the moonlight!Love, Shay

Went to store # 07915 at 1786 Newport Road in Sevierville. Suzette was at the register & even though she was busy & had deliveries, she still maintained a positive, bubbly, helpful attitude.I highly recommend this family dollar based on the employee and her southern hospitality that this wonderful state is known for. Thank you Suzette!

DON’T TRY TO GET A REFUND FROM HERE!!!!! We bought some things from here that we needed to return. We needed about $180 in return, however, they didn’t have money?? She offered us a GIFT CARD. We payed with money, so we want money back. We never shop at family dollar so I’d be useless for us. Now we are currently driving another 20 minutes from that family dollar to get an actual refund from this one. We are now about an hour away from our house since we have to drive this far just to get our money back. She even said she had money but she, “wasn’t allowed to give it to us”. What the heck family dollar, we have never had this happen. She was the only person working there too. So we won’t be shopping here again.

I want to give no stars. On the internet and on the store door it states that the store is open every night until 9pm. Tonight is the 3rd night that I have showed up in a week and a half by no later then 8:15pm and the doors were already locked. I would like to speak with the store manager to find out if this is their call or are the employees taking it upon themselves to close almost an hour early that I know of. Who knows how much earlier the doors had been locked before I got there.
