Very nice sale, Store beautifully laid out and not overcrowded with merchandise. Excellent staff, and in particular Melissa at the front. She and a gentleman were extremely helpful in finding some items and even went to the back where stock was being shifted out. Great experience. !!! Thanks Melissa

I had the best experience at the Eddie Bauer store in Sevierville, TN today. In addition to finding some excellent deals, let me just say the staff are awesome!!! So helpful and friendly. John Balutis went above and beyond to help me recover and return a lost earring. I can’t thank you enough, John?

The employees are exceptional in welcoming you into the store, helping by taking items to the fitting rooms for you, and if they don't have your size in a certain item, they will contact other stores and have it shipped to you for free.
