I used to think it was fine, nice employees and never rude. But now we go in and the employees either only talk to their favorite customers, or each other and only acknowledgements you get are when you’re leaving and most the time not even then. Honestly we went to tonight and the woman checking us out ignored us completely, only talking to her coworker about random stuff.

This is the cleanest DG I've been in. Shelves are always stocked (except for cat food) but that's not their fault

Great location, however they are always unstocked. Inventory management is a 1 star for sure. Fairlife milk is NEVER in stock and our family goes through 4 to 5 bottles a week 4 white 1 chocolate. Bread is usually minimal. I've asked about swiss rolls for my grandkids. When you ask someone they don't care not even management

I love this store. The staff is nice especially Robyn. It's always a smile and hello from her. The store is clean and stocked. They should all be like this one 1828 chapman highway sevierville.
