Bought a bike there for my daughter’s Birthday and Sam was great! He took the extra time to check the bike over and make sure everything was in order before we left. Great customer service!

The girl in the shoe dept was so helpful and sweet! She even asked the manager for a discount on shoes I wanted that had been warn. He gave us a discount. Excellent service!

Good luck finding anyone that works here to help you if you need anything. Also, don't stand at the fitting room after you push the button for assistance. It doesn't work. You're standing there waiting for no one.

When I went to check out Blaine was super helpful. I was also looking for a specific color and type of Nike shoes in my size and he helped me find them. Also got all my softball gear from here. Overall very friendly and super nice vibes.

Dalton was very helpful went in to buy a treadmill and he made sure to get me the best deal for the money.. be sure to ask for Dalton at the Sevierville location..for sure goes above and beyond to help his customers.. thank you for your help

They have got a wide assortment of sporting equipment and athletic gear. I wish they would carry more brand name cycling brands like Giant, Specialized, and Cannondale, and maybe even carbon bikes.

They do not have Hoka shoes in store. Not one employee offered help when I was searching the store for them. Had to ask someone who was clueless. Thankfully I got what I needed at REI but was hoping to not have to drive all the way into pigeon forge.
