Chris knew within 5 min what was wrong with my laptop AND proves it. I was totally confident that I had come to the right place. I use it for work so he made sure I had it by 9 the next morning. I've already passed out several cards and passed the word on.

They did basically what was promised, basically when it was promised (give or take a bit). Communication was good throughout. Would be 4 stars, except I once went to the Seymour branch of this same small local chain, and was treated memorably shabbily. I gave them another chance at the Sevierville store, and am not sorry... read full comment
