Some staff is great… friendly, participating in people’s clothing choices, and some are not engaged or even smiling. The clothes were great. A bit short staffed; that is normal right now though, isn’t it?

This is a great store! The clothes are stylish, well-made, and a great bargain. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. If they don't have your size in the item you want, they'll find it for you and ship it straight to your home. Always a good experience at this location!

Today was my first visit to a Chico's, just to browse, on a visit to Pigeon Forge. I found a couple items I liked at a good price. I wished to inquire if I could try them on first, but there was only one sales lady on the floor, assisting one customer for over 15 minutes. There were at least 6 customers in the store at that time, mostly browsing, and one customer was standing at the counter waiting for assistance for at least that long or more. I understand personal customer service is important, but acknowledge those waiting, be speedy in the transaction, or ask assistance from the back so others don't feel unimportant. The customer who was waiting longer than myself, kept looking at her watch and was obviously not happy. I decided I waited long enough for assistance, so I put my little $35 selection back on the rack and walked out the store...just as that $200 sale was being completed. Nice store nice clothes, but lost a sale today...
