“Easy to pay and wash pollen off the car. Automatic car wash is adequate. However the waterfall thing you drove through does not rinse off the studs completely. Even going painfully slow through it. I think maybe the air dryers are too close. The trash cans provided are never full or overflowing which is appreciated.”

“Customer service was amazing. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The spots are spacious and most are pretty well shaded. So much to do just in the resort. They have a few pools so nothing felt over crowded. Laundry has credit pay so you don't need quarters which is so nice. Some bath houses are nicer and newer than others. We never used the aerial park so can not comment much on that. The playground could use some shade, it gets hot very quickly. So close to everything in the area. If we are ever in the area again this will be our place to stay!”

“I have been going to the Vol for years. I have 2 cars that I take there. They are always so nice, and the old change only takes minutes! The best part is you can just sit in your car and chill while they change your oil!Service: Oil change”

“Friendliest people, super convenient right off the parkway. She let me vacuum my car for free! The vacuums work really well, awesome suction, not like most convenient car wash places. The trash was kept up with most receptacles I saw were empty. I got in and out super quick with a clean car for next to nothing! Tell all your friends, Zips is the place!”

“The wash quality is actually really good and I was overall so happy with the wash in a whole , the two guys working the night I visited were extremely respectful, reminded me a lot of my time working at a car wash myself in Ohio , but they were extremely helpful and we had a minor malfunction with my valve stem because I had extra long aftermarket tire caps (take em off before goin, just a little tip hahah) but they were extremely helpful with this situation taking me to get it fixed, their boss even offering to give me a tire the right size for free. the situational awareness, respect, and overall good quality of this wash is one I will remember for a while, thank you guys for your hard work!!”
