Forget about the dealership! If you’re in trouble call Browns Automotive. 900 miles from home and my diesel truck will not start. This young man has restored my faith in small businesses. I highly recommend Browns automotive. I was on vacation from Ohio and had the waterpump on my F150 go out.I called several places with no luck. Called Browns, they got me right in,got me fixed in one day, price was very reasonable. Great experience!!! Adding to review now that we're back safe at home. Just wanted to thank Anthony again for fixing my truck on such short notice and for not taking advantage of an out of town person in need. Really shows his character!!! On our way to Gatlinburg on vacation, our air conditioning went out. We had our 1 year old with us so it was an extra difficult situation for us as it was very hot and she was upset with the windows being down. We called Browns and they got us in right away! They had our air blowing ice cold and gave us a great price. We had a rental car for the night so they kept our car overnight to make sure the air kept blowing cold, we really appreciate the time and effort they put in and for being honest, good people. Many places would've taken advantage of our situation but they actually cared to help us, couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly highly recommend!!

We pulled in to our campground on Sunday night and we noticed that when we went to restart the truck, it wouldn’t start. We had it towed to Brown’s and knowing that we were stuck in the campground that was several miles from town. He got right on it and replaced the Alternator and Battery and has it back to us the next day. I would recommend Brown’s Auto Repair for great work and done in a timely fashion! I recently moved to this area and finding an auto repair shop you can TRUST is difficult. If you want QUALITY work, SUPERB value and be able to TRUST the word of your repairman, Anthony Brown at Brown’s Automotive in Sevierville is DEFINITELY the place to go! HANDS DOWN!! I sought repairs from 3 different shops (including the nearest dealership) for my Kia Sorento and received 3 different diagnoses for the knocking and shifting experience I was having while driving. I had one shop do their suggested repairs only to turn around 2 weeks later having the SAME issue only worse! The worst part is that I had to make a trip to Ohio and verified with that shop that the car was safe enough to make the trip and was told it was without a doubt fine. Clearly it was NOT fine because the shimmying and knocking continued and were worse that before. Thankfully, I finally found Brown’s Automotive and learned the issue had nothing to do with suspension or a torn CV boot. The issue was the engine brackets were essentially rotting which caused my engine to skate around inside the hood of the car. Add to this the fact the control arm was in VERY BAD SHAPE and could have caused a TERRIBLE accident for me and you’ll understand that this shop quite possibly has saved the lives of me, my son and other drivers on the road! The cost to repair was going to be exorbitant, but Anthony worked to help me save every possible penny he could. This shop has found a FOREVER customer in me! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment for ALL of your auto repair and maintenance needs!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

My alternator went out on my 05 F-150,Anthony had it swapped out with the new one and replaced serpentine belt very quickly. Awesome job, I’m really happy with the service I received.
