Their prices are misleading. They advertise one lower price at the top of the sign and then in tiny letters next to it state that it’s for their BP rewards program. The regular price is more.

Don't stop at this location. Pumps don't give you your BP discount. I let them know and they didn't care. Stealing money from everyone. I can't believe BP let's this happen.

Man did like going in here but this is the second time I stopped this week here at this location and I had bought cigarettes/ Montego red 100s but I wanted to no why they used a pack of LD cigarettes to ring me up nearly at twice thebprice the lady informed me they wher not supposed to sell them yet but they did anyways at twice the price of a Montego hummm not to mention they wher the shorts ...not 100s hummm mite wanna send sumone out to check there illegal operation ther making twice as much on a pack of cigarettes ... I will be contacting Further individuals on this mater as well .. thinks price gouged the wrong person.....

Bit of a scam. Sign says 2.99 but actual price was 3.09. Gotta have some rewards or something to get the special price but that's not clear from the sign at a distance

Horrible customer service. I stopped in to use my Verizon up reward for 25 cents off the gallon. The woman working behind the counter told me she didn't feel comfterable but the other worker outside could to go get her, so I did. Explained the situation, blew her cigarette smoke in my face and told me she could but I she was finishing her cigarette first. The whole reason I came to this store was to use my 25 cents off the gallon and could not due to employee "not feeling comfterable" and it being inconvenient for the employee who knew how!

I visited this gas station twice while on a vacation in tn for the weekend. My girlfriend went in the first time and the lady at the counter snatched her money from her and was very rude. Then refused to service her when she came in to get money back because my car wouldn’t take the $20 she put in so a young man got it for her instead. The second stop was by accident, it just so happened to be the stop nearest to me when on the way back to my hotel, there was a different lady inside, she was very nice and welcoming to all customers before me, when I greeted her she quickly snatched my money and didn’t give me my change like she did the lady before me. I didn’t cause a scene because I wasn’t stressing it but they were so disrespectful to my girlfriend and I. I saved the address in my phone so that I do not EVER go there again because next time I may not be so nice about their behavior. I am disgusted with these ladies.
