I just went to bp and paid for $35 dollars of gas and their cashier only gave me $25 dollars of gas. I asked him why he only gave me $25 if I paid $35, he said that I only paid $25 when I'm sure I paid $35. What could you call that?

Went through the car wash and it ripped my gas cover off. I left my information on a form a lady and man who worked there gave me to fill out have been trying to to call for days and it just rings and noone has called me. The man had to go in the car wash to get my gas cover that now is bent and missing paint. I guess I'll have to file a claim with my insurance.
