Everything is very well organized. We ordered a coffee and the barista didn't seem super excited to be at work but she was friendly enough and the coffee was delicious!

The selection of books is amazing! It's a very clean store.
The only reason it's not 5 stars is that when we where checking out we where asked about joining their little membership program and when we told them no we don't have a store where we live she kept insisting we could use it online and kind of rolled her eyes at me when I said no thanks.
I don't like buying things online..hence why I'm in a book store.
I'm not sure if they give employees a commission for getting people to sign up but dang no means no

Found a book and was super excited to read it while on vacation. When going up to the checkout desk , Grayce the cashier asked me if I was a rewards member and I wasn’t sure so decided to try a phone number , when the phone number didn’t work she asked me if I would like to become one , she was speaking fast so I couldn’t hear every detail she stated. I asked her if signing up was free which she responded with “I just told you it would be $23.” in an annoyed tone . I get that people have bad days, but she was literally laughing with another coworker and not paying attention to me waiting in line beforehand . Waste of time and will go to other book stores in the area. It doesn’t cost anything to be a kind human being instead of being rude to someone for no reason.
