We were in town on vacation. Our van developed a bad oil leak. We had to have it fixed before our return. Bill got our van in right away. We had to wait on a part to get delivered. He got the van all prepared for the new gasket. Once it got delivered they got right to putting things back together. The van was done quickly.

On my way down to Pigeon Forge my driver wiper arm stopped working during a rain storm. Called Bills and they were able to get me in and on my way in a day! Didn't cost an arm and a leg either. For those needing service I recommend 100%!!
