Consistently I have received subpar dental service from this company. The lady by the name of Karen is rather unprofessional and petty. On more than occasion has tried to stop me from speaking. Anyways, the first time I had a filling there the person shaved down my tooth way more than it was suppose to and walked out without saying a word. I have been back there for the filling to be addressed and the doctor is loud and possesses zero customer skills. I did have a whitening that went well though. Aside from that I can in for my crown today and the doctor tried to force it in numerous time causing tremendous as usual he didn’t care. He injected me multiple times with numbing agent before trying again and then failed and stormed out of the office without saying a word to me and the dental cold and indifferent just told me they can’t find the parts and they can’t put on the crown.Clearly no one cared or valued my time in this case or felt the need to apologize for the inconvenience. She just told me “ it can’t be done I’ll put back in the attachment”I said I can tell how you are very concerned about how I feel aren’t you she said yeah I can’t answer all the questions. She clearly listened to nothing I said and when I spoke to the “great” Karen I really no energy to respond to her subtle rudeness I was simply too frustrated. She told another lady to come in to watch us talking which said slot about where mind was at. Anyways she instructed me to call the place that did the implant. Which makes no sense none of this was my fault. They didn’t have the right fittings or tools and I’m suppose to waste more of mytime to call the other office. This was nonsensical. Instead of being rude I am writing this review to illustrate the lack of customer service or professionalism this branch has.

Did not look at issue I cane in for. Wanted to run the bill up and charge and do a procedure other than what I came to address. Bait n Switch!

Way over priced. $250.00 for some xrays and cleaning. The hygienist was nice. She did cut my daughter's gums. The dentist didn't even look in her mouth just took a look at the xrays and said everything looked fun.

First visit..So far, so good.Everyone was very kind n helpful.Cancellations came up so I was able to be worked on same day ?. Grateful!The whole staff I dealt with was professional and super accommodating.Thanks to all of them.

If I could give one star I would I went in the office in pain have two chipped teeth all they did was X-rays and then talk about everything they wanted to do then quoted me $21,000 yes you read that right they just want your money

Website says open for Emergency Services until 6pm. We arrived at 4:45pm with a dental emergency and was told they were closing at 5pm. Both Dentists were already gone for the day. Noticed on the door on the way out the office was to be open until 5:30. An Aspen representative called 5 minutes later and told me the next opening for Emergency is in 60 days! You just can't make this nonsense up. Would NEVER recommend such a shoddy business to anyone!! Would have given negative stars if possible. We're in a REAL Emergency room now that is providing REAL EMERGENCY CARE!
