Very disappointing....bought a bag of their mandarins and almost all of them were 'not good'...either dried out, no flavor or tasted bad and after going thru the whole bag, only found one or two that were edible. I should have kept all the 'bad ones' we tried to eat but didn't and took them all back! Aldi's is usually much better with selecting their fruit - but a real miss with where ever they got these from - sad.

Typical Aldi, each store has a different layout and as always only one cashier, they did open another register but allowed people who weren't already in line to go first. Problem both registers had patrons that their carts were overflowing while some customer already in line who had anywhere from 5 to 10 items. They need a self checkout to be more proficient.

We went to Aldi's to grab some essential foods for grilling while we are staying here in Sevierville. I go to Aldi's back home, so I pretty much know what they carry, but this store was much different than my regular store & not necessarily in a bad way. We found almost everything we needed here except for charcoal. The cashier said they haven't had any this year for whatever reason. She was very nice.

Easy access off of Winfield Dunn, with a good amount of parking. The store is laid out nice and quality you’d expect from Aldi.
The staff is always friendly. No self check-out. BYOB — Bring your own bags and don’t forget a quarter for a cart.

So...I have no retail management experience at all, however, I know enough to have more than one cashier at 630pm on a weekday...seriously, aldi...the small savings just aren't worth the trouble of a 25 minute line...spend some money on more employees...enjoy putting my selections back...and I will enjoy taking my business to stores and companies that value my time...

All Aldi's are nice and this one in Sevierville, TN is no exception! Very easily seen from the road with a big parking lot with plenty of parking spaces! Everything is very reasonably priced and the meat and produce is fresh! Come see how much you can save by shopping at Aldi today!
