I took my vehicle in for an estimate first of September and was shortly approved by the insurance company for repair. Was told that it would be November before repair could be performed and they would call me then for date of repair. Never heard back from them so I called mid December and conveniently the person I needed to talk to was not in at the moment but would return my call. Never happened. I called again second week of January and again conveniently the person I needed to speak to was out to lunch and would return my call when she returned. Never happened. I must move on so now the estimate and approval process will need to be repeated at another body shop. Thank you steve sweat body shop for your non concern.

We have used the storage units there , Sherry and Steve are really good and nice people and have good people who work there as well !! Wonderful place to go to !! I have not had the chance to experience the body shop for my vehicle yet , but I do know that Sherry Sweat is a wonderful person and Steve is very polite , you would definitely not go wrong going there for storage or car needs !!

I called for 2 weeks to get an appointment to repair my car. I would always get told "she will have to call you back" and never receive a call after multiple attempts.
