I tried a few places to return something from a game stop online order. After the game stop wasn't able to help us I returned it at a dollar general store. Very friendly and informative!!!!!

We needed some communication regarding this FedEx office moving locations. However, the new location offers no parking options for a drop-off...the spaces are filled with people using the restaurants and shopping venues which is great...but leaves us frustrated trying to shop with FedEx! Find a solution please so we can continue to use your shipping services. No parking...no service!

I was helped as soon as I walked in.. in a very few minutes my label was printed & I was given a tracking a tracking receipt. Top marks for great service. Looking around I saw many items you might not expect in this store.

I will not be using this location anymore. Picked up a package today, there's 6 stickers on the box indicating which direction is up. instead the box is on one end, 45 degrees. I hate FedEx. Shipping cost $150 and you can't even keep the direction of the box correct? The damage to the packaging was pretty extensive. All four sides sustained some sort of tear to the box. Just unacceptable.

I had the worst experience this morning at this FedEx office. Just past 8 AM, figured I could drop off a box and get receipt quickly because they just opened. I stood at the counter, ONLY CUSTOMER IN STORE IN PLAIN SIGHT OF TWO YOU G WOMEN WORKING. One was in the phone, fine. Another was getting a package ready, fine. So I waited politely. Ten minutes later, no other customers in store, neither woman had acknowledged me. I finally called out for help. When she approached I chided her about her lack of service. She said she didn't see me which was impossible. Sight line was clear, I could see what they were both doing at the counters in detail. As we finished a man walked in behind me. She immediately asked him if he needed help. He didn't have to wait 2 seconds. Is it because I'm female or brown. Is it because they don't know what customer service is or are lazy? I don't know. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he/she wasn't in yet. I will drive to another FedEx place from now on. Shame on you.... If I could give negative stars I would

Do Not Use Fedex to ship your items. After shipping with this Fedex company, they proceeded to lose a package that had a value of $1,745 and Fedex is doing absolutely nothing to help me find it. item was shipped out on 9/25/2020, and arrived at their AK facility on 10/03/2020 and there hasn't been an update since. I have called Fedex and doing everything I can and Fedex is doing absolutely nothing to help me by finding and delivering my package that I paid them $430 to deliver. Please for the love of god DO NOT use FEDEX to deliver your packages. They will lose your package, and tell you to screw off since they can't find your package that they were in possession of. They are absolute thieves.

I visited this store on 4/13/20. I needed to print an Excel document using my personal jump drive - pretty simple job. There were four employees and one customer. I was told that, due to COVID-19, I would have to use the printer/kiosk to print my document. The employee wouldn't handle my jump drive (but he was handling the other customer's package...?) The first printer/kiosk didn't work - I started over. The second printer/kiosk didn't recognize my Excel file. I was told that the kiosks don't read Microsoft Excel files. Despite the fact that the store was basically empty, no one assisted me with the kiosks. The other three employees leaned against the registers/counters collecting a paycheck.

ALL COMPUTERS have been SHUT DOWN unless you actually work for the company Basically if you have a business And dont have a computer at home Your out of #luck You cannot check your email You cannot #print anything off You cannot do anything #recession has started Good luck I dont understand why this company remains open Even the employees are not 6 ft apart but they have a rule that requires it from the governor So on my 2nd visit the manager bethany had left the guy behind the counter yelled at me several times I finally convinced him to allow me to email the document to them to get a copy I however was told I had to go outside as I wasnt allowed to loiter in their business...I finally received the document Thank you

I had to leave a review here. The associate Drew was kind and so helpful. He took the time to explain and ensure my confidence in the shipping process. I do plumbing and HVAC work so I had a lot of tools to ship from Nashville to Hawaii. Drew was knowledgeable and made sure all the buttons were buttoned up before I shipped my tools to the islands. Thanks Drew!

If I had the ability to allot 0 stars, I would. I waited for 37 minutes in line with only 3 people in front of me. The process couldn't be slower or more intrusive as I was asked for ID that was scanned (Seriously!), my phone number and email, and the same for the recipient. Look. Here is what I want. I give you a package. You weigh it. I pay you. You ship it. I walked over to the post office and was out in 3 minutes. Problem solved.
