I revised my previous review because I was upset. I had an appointment at 7am with Roger's and I left at 12:30. They work on brakes and alignments during your appointment time and they don't focus on the appointment unfortunately. I asked to get a custom catalytic converter system installed in my truck. I was hoping they would be able to see if it would be able to fit without cutting into my existing exhaust system. Unfortunately my custom system is 2.25" and my truck is 2.50".After being in business for 40 years, I would think they could see the difference in pipe size without cutting my system off. So after about 3 hours, I received a call saying that it wouldn't fit and I my exhaust is hanging. Long story short, they welded my 2 pipes together and charged me $150.00. A little too expensive I say for a mistake.

In October I took my van in to have a front end alignment, he did not do it. I had someone else You had to put A inner tie rod in on and found out that there was no front alignment done to my van at all. Took it up there complained he didn’t even offer the money back his excuse was, he could have gotten distracted about what he did and what he did not do that is bad business. If you can’t keep up with what you’re gonna do then get out of your business because I didn’t have the $80 to give you for doing nothing.

We dropped our car off at Roger's for the first time. A friend had recommended them for good work and best prices. We needed new brakes. They were very friendly and said it would be about 2 to 3 hours. My husband and I went grocery shopping, came back, and it was done. The best part was we were expecting it to cost more than double what they charged us! What a great surprise. We were so grateful. This is definitely our new place when our vehicles need help. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Roger's!

Great shop and fast service! Had to call for an appointment. Took my car a few minutes before appointed time and was done with the alignment within 25 minutes! This is my 3rd time there, and I will continue to use Roger's shop.
