This place was easy to find off of the highway. My sales guy Logan Jenkins made sure the parts guys cleaned the transmission I was picking up, then placed into a secure bags as to not get my personal car dirty. Great company with even better people!

Jeff has been working with me and my car for over a month. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely happy. We purchased a warranty on a part and the company didn’t want to stand by it. Jeff did everything besides build me a transmission himself to make sure I got my replacement. And I did get it just like he promised. 10/10 will buy parts only from here forever. You have a lifer because of Jeff. Give him a raise, a partnership, and new car or something because he deserves the absolute world. And to you Jeff thank you so so much for all your hard work! You are a ROCKSTAR!

I called on May 23rd to inquire about price and AVAILABILITY on a bcm that I was needing BEFORE May 31st as I was moving and the vehicle could not move until said bcm was received and programmed. I spoke with Eli, and yes he was very kind and overall a great representative, HOWEVER, I was told that I would have my part by Tuesday.. with Monday being a holiday I gave it until Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and No part. Spoke with Eli again that day and was told that they were behind due to holiday (should only be a day behind) and that it could possibly be overnighted. It’s Sunday, ELEVEN DAYS after ordering this part from TENNESSEE. I live in MISSOURI. They could’ve walked it to me by now!!
Ended up having to pay $175 to have my car towed (as I had to move by the 31st) and still have no part. And to whomever responds to these reviews…WHAT YOU CAN DO TO MAKE IT BETTER IS GET MY PART HERE AND REFUND MY MONEY!! Given that I had to pay dang near the same amount for towing as I did for the part, I feel that’s TOTALLY fair!!! And should you do so, I’ll gladly update my review. But until then, y’all are the worse!

I had the opportunity to speak with Jeff earlier today regarding a seat for my car. Though Jeff didn’t have one in stock, he was so kind and helpful in searching all over for one.
Compared to other places I’ve called, Jeff was the among the nicest people to speak with and deal with. Raceway definitely got a good one!
