“Very positive experience.
My phone ? of many years suddenly went unresponsive Saturday 5/25/24.
Resultantly I went to the AT&T store in Savanah, TN. to seek a remedy to my sudden unexpected problem. Upon walking ?♂️ in the door I was greeted & kindly asked by Jessica if there was anything she could help me with.
I told her I needed a new phone ?& an otter box due to my old phone? going unresponsive.
Jessica was very knowledgeable, friendly & quite eager to see that my phone needs was taken care of in a timely manner.
I'm very happy to be able to give some positive feedback about my experience at the Savanah, TN. AT&T store & Jessica that works there.
