I bought a car online from them and they said they could deliver it (same state, different county). I worked with a total of about 7-8 different people which is crazy to me, the organization just was not there. Additionally, the initial finance manager I worked with took offense that I was not buying any additional warranties or gap coverage (I only loaned around 35% of the car so there is no reason i need gap or anything like that because i would never be upside down on the car…). As far as the delivery went, it kept being postponed, i was told 3 then 4 then 5 and he finally showed up at 6 (it had nothing to do with the driver himself, but everything to do with the actual dealership not being organized). Lastly, whenever i got the car, i am not sure what they ‘detailed’ the interior with, but it is GREASY. The doors, center console, the entire trunk… just absolutely greasy (which means i then have to re-detail the entire vehicle to get whatever they put on it off, and no this is not an overreaction, when i get out of the vehicle, my shoes squeak because of the oils that they have wiped all over the vehicle.) There are also crumbs all over the place, and you would think with the delayed delivery, the interior would be perfect but it was not.
Aside from those things, I feel like the deal was very exceptional and even though I had to talk to so many people, everyone generally seemed kind.
Thus far, there is no mechanical issues or anything like that with the vehicle. I think if the organization was there, they would get 5 stars but because it is not, I am giving 3

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable. I felt that the cleanliness of the vehicle purchased was lacking and the pictures did not accurately represent some of the imperfections or damage. The rear door interiors had scratches and tears not reflected or called out in the pictures.

Casey M was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend!! I lied!! Vehicle blew heads right after 100k warranty expired and wheels started shaking shortly after purchasing and they refused to work on it!! Luckily this Casey dude is no longer there!
