The cashier was Rude. She was having a conversation with another worker while I was checking out and ignored what I said to her 3 times. When she finally listened to what I said about the gift card not working she got her manager. She was just as rude and not helpful at all. 0 stars!! Ill never be back there!

Super friendly staff, trying to merchandise after the manager was out holding another store for more than 3 months. Store has been under staffed for 3 months, long term manager now back in the business. Team is not lazy, and some members are relatively new, so, yes, sometimes direction was needed. Team has been severely overworked and overwhelmed while manager has been away working in another store per company request. Some mistakes have been made, but not worth trashing the team and store over. Pretty sure most would not want their jobs very long if they had them. Retail is hard work even under the most ideal circumstances. Looking forward to the improvements the team can make now that the manager is back and the staff bench is full.
