The manager let's staff talk to customers any way they want. Very rude staff!!!!!!! Will not re do my membership when it expires

I love Elite. Tanning bed was nice & warm . Receptionist answered my questions. I've been a member for over a year. They always greet you.

I opened membership last year. I had to leave the state to work out of town 12 hours away . I was told membership would be suspended and I could use it when I got back . I am now back and I was told now that cant happen they will not honor what I was told. waste of money for something that could not be used. I trust a persons word normally but they did not keep their word. Poor business practices.
