Today was my first day dealing with this Pharmacy. The Pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional! I work for a doctor office and was calling because I had some questions regarding a patient's medication. Jarrett was very rude and I am thankful I do not deal with this Pharmacy! Seeing all the good reviews makes me wonder.

Great staff and selection. The nice young lady in drive through was very friendly, helpful, and wears epic sweatshirts. It sounds silly, but these are facts. Go Dawgs?.

I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years now and have never had any issues. They are easy to get on the phone; refills are easy to call in; super quick with filling Rx; with my insurance the prices are very reasonable. Only kicker is closed on Sunday so plan ahead if you need a script filled on the weekend.

First Care pharmacy is okay and when it comes to Deliverance people that needs to be delivered to is never on time a couple times I had delivery supposed to be made and they never showed up last night I waited for delivery and they never came we had six people sitting outside and nobody was delivering medicine at all and First Care pharmacy told me it's in the books where the guy tried to deliver it well that's a lie because he never showed up and it's happened a couple times when you listen to the phone call when you call it says we'll pick your prescription at the same day and deliver it the same day well that's not true that's a lie too it makes it sound good so you want to join him but when it comes to delivering your medicines it don't happen my medicine I had this time was very important I've been dealing with my legs since last December and my doctor ordered the medicine that I needed but I never got it the day when they said we're out to deliver it it didn't happen I'm very upset because of that cuz my leg means everything to me and I don't want to lose it I called a different pharmacy and they said they're really good about delivering and he says if you don't get it when I get off of work the guy said he'll bring it himself he gets off at 6:30 now that's great that's extra help helping people but if you didn't pending on a delivery on Friday and it don't come you won't get it until Monday well I can't wait that long so I got me a different pharmacy, I don't like it when they said well it showed that they delivered it on the books well you know that was a lie because I don't care what the guy said or the lady said that was supposed to deliver it they did not deliver it I got six people that will tell you they did not deliver and that's BS and that pees me off more than anything when someone can lie to you

I love this pharmacy! I've never had to wait on a prescription, even if I needed it filled the same day. They're cheaper than the other pharmacies I've been to.

Worst Service ever! Pharmacy MANAGER had a fit and was screaming at me on the phone; my husband had to shout at him to allow me to finish speaking when he hung up on me. I've been cheated days on my prescriptions so my 6 months only last for 5. Will report these actions to the Pharmacy board.

Worst service of any pharmacy in the area! This place was cheating me out of days of a six month prescription so I could only fill five out of the six months every time. I had to keep calling my doctor, who asked me what their problem was. The manager took the phone and began SCREAMING at me, not allowing me to explain the problem to him, then he hung up on me! Reporting to the Pharmacy board and found a new pharmacy with friendly, sweet people! Not recommended at all!
