Never open, even if it says open online. Our mailbox is also always left open and now was hit because of it.

I would give negative stars if I could. Terrible customer service and they refuse to deliver my mail to my mailbox so I had to get a P.O. Box that they are always sending my mail back to the sender . Worst experience I’ve had with a mail carrier/service ever!!!

One time I mailed my electric bill here but for some reason it wasn't mailed so I came back here to ask if they can look around and look under the can for the mail. The lady said she would never leave mail under the can, well when she looked under the can my letter was there and with no apologies this was the last time I came here..
