Got a decent ramp good place to put your boat and tied up while you park your truck do not agree with the $5 lunch fee I believe it should be illegal but what are you going to do everybody's out to get something nowadays for nothing

Great place on the water to stop to grab an ice cream or use the potty. They also have fuel and a good restaurant. Very nice people running a well-maintained operation.

My wife and I were excited the was a new place to eat on cherokee lake bur it was horrible! After ordering the cheese burger basket and shrimp basket with the orange float and a coke bill was 28.00 and I gave them a 12.00 tip before getting the food. When they called our name the orange float was about 80 degrees from top to bottom. It was not drinkable. They said my wife didn't order a drink and rather than argue about I just paid the 3.00 more for another coke. Cheese burger was cold and the shrimp was terrible too. If you want a good meal go to the boathouse near the bridge or black oak boat dock..

I would give a zero if I could. They are rude. I use to come here with my family. When I showed up noticed they now charge to park so I offered them money and they told me I couldn’t be there unless camping. So god forbid if anyone in the town wants to spend a nice day at the lake. They will follow us to the swimming hole and told us to leave and that we couldn’t swim while there were children swimming right in front of us. Again I offered money to be there. Go to paint creek in Greeneville can’t take boats but fishing is nice and ppl there aren’t rude as hell.

I understand when u can't be in there but the women who helps take care of it is very rude to people we been gojn for two months to fish an get told very rudely not even wit respect to leave h...poor Manor's
