I decided to purchase the 15 pro maxx iPhone, I decided to stop at Russell Cellular while I was there to check prices, There was a associate name Stephen Brault working so he took time to explain an show me my discounts an answer every question I had on buying, so I purchased my 15 pro maxx iPhone from him, Stephen made my shopping experience enjoyable, He is a very nice man that cares about his customers, if anybody is wanting to upgrade ur phone I recommend going to Russell Cellular an seeing Stephen, cause I will be going back for accessories for my phone that I love.

I went in a few months ago to grab a prepaid phone for a quick road trip, and the entire process was super easy. My son decided he loved that (very affordable and reliable) phone, so I went in last week for another one to use as needed. Affordable, reliable, overall great phone at a great price; and the switch was surprisingly quick and painless. Definitely coming to this Verizon store from now on!

They have no customer service. Instead of helping us resolve a problem that they caused they sent us out of there with a customer service phone number that we could've looked up online. They didn't want to help because they weren't making any extra money off of us for it. Will never deal with them again.
