I purchased a self-propelled, 21" blade, gas-powered, variable speed, adjustable handle & deck height, commercial grade lawn mower (Masport). The owners were very friendly & knowledgeable about the products they sell. They answered all my questions. No one tried to push a "hard sell." I will confidently continue purchasing products from them in the future.

If you're looking for a new mower, this is the place to go. In the last 5yrs, I've bought 2 new mowers here. Both times I've had wonderful experiences. Israel took the time to discuss each mower and to recommend what was best for my needs. Very pleased with the top notch customer service! Highly recommended!

Usually dealing with a salesperson try to get $10000 out of your pocket is so painful, not here, Israel made the process so easy and painfree!!!He went out of his way to explain everything with us, by the end you could feel the enjoyment he has with not just his profession but the trust and confidence in the equipment he's selling..Thank you so much for a great experience and to E-Z Lawn Care for the great recommendation that lead me here!!!

Awesome place to Buy from bought a Spartan mower this week so far we love it never want to mow with anything but a zero turn mower now. The owner is a great guy and goes above and beyond I recommend this place 100% I promise u won’t be disappointed. Awesome to have a local small engine repair shop and mower dealer. Spartan zero turn mowers are the best ones I seen and we looked at allot. Thanks you The Mechanic Shop for everything.

Very disappointed in this place-I'd purchased a Spartan zero turn mower from this shop 3 years ago-I liked the product & this the ONLY dealer in our area although they were not close to Jefferson City-since purchasing this mower I have not had any issues with the product & have had it serviced at the Mechanic Shop every year. This year I called to make the appointment for service only to find "we don't do that anymore -you can drop it off & we'll give you a call when it's done" I explained to the nice young lady that we weren't close to the shop & I was hoping to avoid two trips sorry no can dojust disappointed

Israel treated my mower as if I bought it from him. I did not, but he serviced it as I did. Not many places will do that. If you need a mower buy from here. The service is good, but like everywhere parts are back ordered like crazy. Good place to get a mower worked on with professional quality.Service: Electrical repair

Excellent service! Sherry went above and beyond to communicate with me (I live out of town) when my son who lives local needed an alternator replaced. They also worked him in without an appointment and made the repairs in record time at a fair price. So refreshing to do business with such professional and genuinely good people. Definitely earned future business!

I live in my shuttle bus, which is a bit of a behemoth from a mechanical point of view. Something happened to my front end suspension and I limped into the shop on the recommendation of a local. Sherry at the front desk grimaced and said they were booked 4 to 6 weeks out, but she'd ask Israel if they could help me. He took pity on this old geezer, diagnose the problem, and tried to find the parts. As usual this bus proved elusive to finding parts. I spent about 6 hours calling everyone involved with this bus's fabrication and sale, and finally found the parts. I ordered them shipped directly to the shop, and they put them on for me. I will go out of my way to come here again. Don't expect that they can treat everyone as kindly as I was treated, but I can guarantee they will earn your loyalty too.Service: General repairs & maintenance
