I had my transmission serviced, fluid and filter. I was there about an hour and a half and was charged $320 in labor do that math. I was also charged $32 for Shop Supplies. I have never been charged for that anywhere! Never again will I use this dealership!

Rogersville Chevrolet is great to deal with. My husband and I dealt with Michael Mims and Josh Kunkowski. Both men were friendly,knowledgeable and professional. Made us feel really relaxed and not pushed into a sale. I purchased a car I’d been looking for a while. We felt like we got a really good deal and I’m soooo enjoying my beautiful Camaro. Also, Carrie in finance department was the bomb!!!!! Thank you all. I’d refer this dealership to anyone.

Bunch of typical lying car salesman. Called about a van for $1995. Was told by Bill Medlin that it was rusted badly and that they couldn't sell it on their lot. Said it had great motor and transmission. I called Monday morning because from Saturday to Monday the price jumped a thousand dollars. Second salesman said it has a bad transmission plus the rust and was going to auction. Now it's still up for sale for 2995 and the right uo says strong solid van. Low miles won't last at this price. Bunch of lying crooked aholes

Rogersville Chevy sold me this truck in December.After taking it in to have checked out, it was unbelievable what bad state its in (see photos)I approached the service manager and sent him the photos, he concluded that all he sees is some rust by the shocks.The workshop that I took it too was uneasy with me driving it any further due to the safety concern.I understand I bought it 'as is' but never expected Chevy to allow such a vehicle off their floor, what happened to their safety inspection?I have accepted the 10k loss, just a warning to others.
