After a car accident I called to see if they could do an estimate on my car for the insurance company and they were able to get me in that day. The repairs took less time than estimated in the cost was more affordable than anywhere else I have found in town. The employees are friendly and upfront about any cost. I would highly recommend this company for car repairs or estimates.

This is one of the most amazing places. A gem hid away in Hawkins County. Love the old cars and the old buildings more. And Otis is so sweet and you can tell he loves his cars.

A fantastic, family-owned and operated business that supports local programs that give back to the community. They are highly recommended in their area. Monica and Otis are simply genuine, caring, helpful folks, that serve their community proudly. I was very impressed by their entire team and their facility.
