CVS is often preferred over competitors like Walgreens for its efficient prescription service, with medications typically ready within 15 minutes after doctor appointments. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff who provide valuable information about medications and side effects. However, some reviews mention frustrations with the long receipts issued for single-item purchases and difficulties reaching staff due to an answering machine loop. Additionally, there have been complaints about staff taking lunch breaks during business hours, causing inconvenience for customers needing to pick up medications. Overall, CVS is known for its friendly and proficient staff despite some operational challenges.
Way way WAY better than Walgreens my prescriptions are sent and ready within 15 minutes after my dr appointments Walgreens fails to notify prescriptions are ready the staff is rude and lazy they treat you like trash CVS IS THE WAY TO GO!!!!
