Ordered ECM from ACI for my Jaguar xk8 and got it in less than a week. Put in and my Jag and is back running like new again.Talked to Will and he helped me with my order and how things were going to work. I sure will do business with them again if I ever need something to be repaired or a part. Very happy customer.

I ordered ECM for my Jaguar xk8 from ASI, got it less than a week. Put it in and now it runs like new again. Will was real helpful whenever I talked to him and he made it so easy for me. If I ever need another part I'll definitely call him again. Thanks Will for all your help.

Repaired a ecm for me years ago did great . Need another one Repaired i have called .i get no answer. I leave message with my number no reply. so I try email still no reply. How do i connect with you to get my ecm checked? After seeing these reviews its probably best to choose some one else. ?

Whatever you do please do. or order anything from this company. I ordered a part that I thought I needed for my truck but I quickly realized that I did not need that part so I called and had my order cancelled. I was told that it was sent over to another dept for the refund to start taking place and that it should only take about 2 weeks to get my refund. Well here I am months later with no refund and no answer any time I call. I reported it to the BBB and still have yet to receive my refund. So buyer beware. Do not order anything. from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews first and saved myself time, money and grief.

Ordered a module for a Corvette, my initial contact was flawless and was easy quick shipping but when I had an issue is when the problems started. I have returned now 2 $800 modules and cannot get my credit. They billed me and they got their money but will not return phone calls or emails. Been trying since August with no answers and no correspondence from this business. I have left 30 plus messages. I hate leaving bad reviews but am left no choice.To the Response from OwnerIF YOU WOULD ANSWER YOU PHONE I WOULD BE HAPPY TO EXPLAIN AND SHOW YOU MY ORDER # 27123 AND 27085.BUT I HAVE LEFT OVER 30 MESSAGES AND NOT GOTTEN A CALL BACK, I HAVE ALSO LEFT MESSAGES AT YOUR FLORIDA LOCATION WITH NO RESPONSE. APPARENTLY THAT IS HOW THIS COMPANY OPERATES, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RETURN A PHONE CALL. Sent in a Chevy climate control unit on July 12, 2023. It was received on July 14,2023.I have called multiple times, e-mailed multiple times. No one calls no one emails. I need my part back so I can send it to someone who will actually work on it and not ignore me. It was sent in for Thomas Crawford Auto.

I ordered a part for my dad through eBay and I received an email stating that the part was delivered when it has not. The address to which it was delivered is different than the address to which the instructions indicate. I sent 2 emails and no one has replied. Forget trying to call bc you will never get to speak to someone. Credit card company will be contacted and I will report you guys for fraud. Rest assured that my dad will get his refund and you guys will eventually pay fines for your dishonesty.

Maybe I can get a response on here…. I believe the phone system is either down or they don’t like answering the phones. I was very happy for about 10 months of my rebuilt actuator, until it failed. Came with a warranty, sent it back in, almost 3 weeks later it was back ( way to long to have my truck down) been driving for about 2 months ish and it failed pulling my boat. I would like a new actuator please!!! When I can actually talk to someone they are helpful, however now I have a truck that has a failing actuator that is newly rebuilt and can’t get anyone to answer the phone!!!

I set up an online service job for my Corvette A/C control panel. They sent me a shipping label and charged me $275. I mailed it USPS and the tracking # shows it delivered to them June 17, 2023. I've heard nothing since. They kept my core part, core charge, and all of it. No answer to email, phone, or web chat bot. I had to buy a replacement and EAT the $200 core charge. I'm considering calling the local PD and report it as THEFT and FRAUD. Keith in Arizona.

Do not recommend you do business with this company. Just too many issues and headaches with the ABS module I bought from them and their poor communications which clearly others have had. Unit was not plug and play as advertised. Had to go to a mechanic to clear all of the codes and now the unit has failed after 6 months. Unit is under warranty but warranty service involves the customer having to pay for the shipping to get service and if they don't find the issue they charge me even more money. Not taking the bait to throw more money at this. Should have just bought a rebuilt unit from BMW and taken my $ lumps. Do better folks!

Avoid these guys. Liars and cheaters. Bought a turbo actuator from them, all went well until I had to return my core and receive my $225 refund. Fell on deaf ears. It's been over a month now and I still haven't got either my refund or validation that my warranty began, or my old core back!! Opened a dispute with my CC company. Will not be doing business with you guys again despite whatever your excuse will be in your reply.

Wish I read the reviews first and that we could issue negative stars. They never answer their phone, never reply to voice mails or emails and will try to keep your core charge. Avoid doing any business this company, they are the worst group of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a climate control unit for my Suburban on October 31, 2022 and was charged a $125 core fee, after a week my order status had not changed. After reading some of the reviews I left a voice mail asking them to cancel the order since it appeared that they had not started on it and within a few hours the order status changed to shipped. I figured that since the unit was on its way I would go ahead and keep it. Once it arrived, I installed the rebuilt climate control on the following day and sent my core back to them that day. USPS tracking showed that they received it so my refund clock started ticking down the 30 days they claim. When the 30 days was up I tried contacting them daily for about a week, phone not answered, voice mails never returned and emails not replied to. Next step was to dispute the transaction, legally you have 60 days from the date of the statement the charge appears on a statement so I had a few days left when I contacted my credit union. I had documented everything I had done trying to get my refund, my credit union issued a provisional refund while they contacted ASI. After 90 days I received a letter stating that the decision was in my favor and the provisional deposit was now permanent.
