“I have been with the credit union for many years. I think they told me 1997 I joined but not exactly sure about the dates.They are very special young men and women who work there. Since losing my parents I can't focus good and they are so helpful and the kindness they show their customers is great.I have had to call the branch 2 times this week Amanda was so sweet and understanding. They make you feel that you are part of their own team.The ITM machines are the Best. I remember they were putting them I and I was so rude telling the girls inside that I would never use them. Lol new things intimidate me I think I can't work something new. I love them I had foot surgery right after they had them in and it was a Blessing to have them help me.Sydney is so friendly and all the staff that has helped me at the ITM is very sweet and helpful. I know several by name besides Sydney and they always show kindness to me.Thank everyone at ORNL for your kindness and helping me when I can't figure out what I have done to my account. LOL just like I meant to finish by saying I know several names at the I TM machine but I can't remember them right now.like I said they are all the Best I could ask for.May God Bless everyone with a wonderful day.”
“Patti Kidwell helped me open a savings and checking account around 3 weeks ago. She absolutely was so knowledgeable and helpful that is was unreal. She gave me CD information and gave me great information on exactly all ORNL FCU had to offer. I was in and out in under 10 minutes to open both accounts and has a debit card in hand. That was with her answering a few of my questions and providing me with helpful information. I highly recommend her for your banking services.
