We were having trouble with a bad oil leak and ascertained that at least one of the issues was a faulty valve cover gasket. Called around for numerous quotes on labor and was surprised at the varying quotes. Were told about Ken's and called and talked to Chucky! Was very informative of the process and also very reasonable with the quote plus said if he could get it done cheaper he would. Delivered the vehicle and upon repairing it, he found a faulty O-ring in the oil cooler which was probably our biggest leak. He called, told us the problem, said he had already ordered a gasket and had it on the way. Said it was a little more labor but when we went to pick up the vehicle, everything was fixed and we were still charged UNDER the original quote. Would recommend Ken's Parts and Service to everyone in the area.!
