I'm a very loyal shell customer. I will literally drive out of my way to use Shell. And I always use the highest octane they have. But I also expect to be able to wash my windshield. The container that holds the windshield washing wand was bone dry. This gas station is right off the interstate. People should be able to get off get their fuel and wash their windshield.

Perfectly adequate restroom and gas station. We bought gas but there was no evidence of a token system or payment requirement.

Scum bag owner. Having someone towed after their car breaks down In The middle of the night is just a worthless pos thing to do. I hope karma comes your way.

Avoid this store. Bathrooms not working when we stopped. Gas is 50 cents cheaper at Exxon across the highway.

Shell is notorious for nasty bathrooms and we normally avoid them on road trips but risked it due to the convenient location. The bathrooms looked like they were power washed and repainted, with new sinks and toilets installed. Everything was super clean and an employee was even sweeping the area outside. Very impressed!!

Have to go inside to find out you can't use the bathroom unless you buy something. Like I want to stand in line behind 4 people to purchase something before emptying my bursting bladder. If you want to do pay-to-pee then do it right and put the quarter locks on the doors so one has to throw in 1 or more quarters to use the bathroom. Otherwise, good way to put yourself out of business despite the prime location ?
